Maternity Photo Contest!

When:
     NOW! Photos will be accepted until 11:59 pm. July 12, 2011. Voting will begin at 6:00 p.m. July 13, 2011 and end at 6:00 p.m. July 17, 2011.

How to Enter: 
     Send a candid photo of yourself pregnant (no professional pictures please) to SylviaRosePhotography@gmail.com. Include your name and contact information. Photos will be accepted from July 5, 2011 until 11:59 July 12, 2011.

How To Vote:
     Voting will begin at 6:00 p.m. July 13, 2011. I will upload an album titled "Maternity Photo Contest" to Facebook.com/SylviaRosePhotography and you and your family and friends must "like" the picture to vote. Send your friends and family to vote for your photo by linking Sylvia Rose Photography in your Facebook status. (just type @SylviaRosePhotography). Users must "like" Sylvia Rose Photography's Facebook in order for their vote to count and must still be a fan when votes are tallied in order for them to count. Most votes or "likes" WINS! Voting will end at 6:00 p.m. July 17, 2011. Any vote after that time will not be counted. Comments on pictures are encouraged and enjoyed but do not count as a vote. Only "likes" on the photo will be counted as votes.

The PRIZE:
     The winner or photo with the most "likes" will receive a FREE Maternity photo session to be scheduled within the month of August and a CD of approximately 15 edited high resolution images from the shoot with written permission to print. But that's not all; the winner will also receive a FREE newborn-infant photo session to be scheduled within the first month of baby's birth. (the best pictures are within 10 days from baby's birth because baby acne has not yet developed and baby is much sleepier for their pictures and easier to put into posing :) ) and a CD of approximately 15 edited high resolution images from the shoot with written permission to print. So let's recap; that's TWO FREE photo sessions and the edited, high resolution images from each session on CD with reprinting rights! That's a value of over $300 dollars, FREE! AMAZING!!!

Additional notes: This contest is in no way affiliated with Facebook or it's constituents. All concerns or questions should be directed to Sylvia Rose Photography by emailing SylviaRosePhotography@gmail.com. The winner of the contest must be willing to sign a model release form for the use of pictures from BOTH sessions so that the pictures may be used on Facebook, website, blog, portfolio etc. The winner of the contest will be announced on the blog and contacted by email on July 18, 2011. The winner will have one week to respond. In the event that the winner chooses to forfeit the win or does not respond in the allotted time, the runner up will be contacted to take over the win. In the event of a tie, Sylvia Rose Photography will use sole discretion to either name both the winner or schedule a tie breaker. All decisions are FINAL and at the sole discretion of Sylvia Rose Photography. No arguing or negativity toward other contestants or users will be tolerated. In the unlikely event that this happens, the user causing said negativity will be banned from the page and contest and their vote will NOT count. In the event that it is another contestant that is causing said negativity, they will be disqualified. The same is to be said of any and all cheating. There will be zero tolerance. Let's make this a fun and enjoyable contest for all. Those that enter the contest and receive at least 5 votes but do not win will be eligible to receive a 50% discount on ANY photo shoot in the month of August. By entering the contest you agree to abide by the contest rules and regulations.
